Handcrafted Speed: We usually ship within 3–5 business days. We’re a small team, so we appreciate your patience!
The Journey: We use USPS or UPS. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves our hands.
Weather Notice: Our tallow is 100% natural and can soften in the heat. If it arrives a little melty, just pop it in the fridge for 30 minutes—it works perfectly.
Missing Packages: If the tracker says "Delivered" but it's not there, check with your neighbors or your local carrier first. If it's still missing, reach out and we'll help you investigate.
